Services: The facility is currently able to synthesize up to 40 mer peptides on a 0.025-0.5-mmol scale using FMoc chemistry. Synthesis of multiple antigenic peptides (MAPs), biotinylated peptides, and phosphotyrosine containing peptides is also offered. Mass spectrometric analysis (MALDI) is also available.
Equipment: Rainin PS3 Peptide Synthesizer (0.1-0.5-mmol scale) and a Applied Biosystems 432A Synergy Peptide Synthesizer (25-µmol scale).
